Head of Product Design - Build and Scale Enterprise UX

Salt Digital Recruitment is seeking a Head of Product Design for a Series B AI startup in London. You will own design across web and mobile, from strategy to execution, and build a design function from the ground up with close collaboration with the CEO, Product and Engineering.

You will lead the design of complex enterprise UX for security operators and facilities teams, balancing strategic vision with hands-on design in Figma and development handoff.
