Head of Psychiatry & Neuroscience Medical Strategy

Bristol Myers Squibb in the UK is seeking a Therapeutic Area Head for Psychiatry & Neuroscience to lead Medical Advisors and shape strategy from early engagement to launch. You’ll partner with NHS bodies, HTA bodies, and policy groups to position the portfolio for patient access and scientific credibility.

As a core member of the Medical Leadership Team, you’ll build capability, influence external environment, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver patient impact at scale.
