Safran Seats GB seeks a Head of Regulatory Compliance, Business Systems and Safety Management to lead governance, compliance and safety across the organisation. You will drive alignment with EASA, CAA, AS9100 and Part 21/145 requirements, shaping a proactive safety culture and supporting continuous improvement.

You will lead a specialist team, manage audits, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to reduce aviation risk while ensuring regulatory confidence and operational excellence.
