Head of Reward & People Strategy (Hybrid)

Artis Recruitment is partnering with a UK organisation to appoint an experienced Head of Reward. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, this role leads a three-person team to shape and deliver a market‑leading reward strategy.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery, influence executives, manage pay, benefits, pensions, and governance, and drive equity and cost‑effective reward across the organisation.
