Head of Safeguarding & QA — Adult Social Care

Knowsley Council is seeking an experienced Head of Service, Safeguarding and Quality Assurance within the Adult Social Care Service. You will lead strategic safeguarding, quality and practice across all service areas, reporting to the Director and driving transformation plans to ensure high‑quality outcomes for adults in Knowsley.

You will act as the strategic lead for CQC assurance and inspection readiness, working within a supportive senior management team and fulfilling the role of Principal
