Head of Sales | UK & International Growth Leader

Pioneering People is recruiting a Head of Sales for Worcester, Office based with approximately three days in the office and travel across the UK and internationally. You will inherit an established sales team and collaborate with marketing to drive revenue in UK and export markets.

Reporting to the Board, you will shape the commercial strategy, manage key accounts and ensure pipeline discipline using CRM data.
