Finlay Jude Associates are working with a leading manufacturer in theConstruction products and Passive Fire protection industry. We're seeking an experienced and dynamicHead of Sales to lead and develop the sales function for a business renowned for its innovation, product quality, and compliance expertise.
As the Head of Sales , you will report directly to the General Manager and take full responsibility for leading the sales strategy, driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, including specifications and customer support, and overseeing the sales budget. This is a key leadership role that requires close collaboration with Customer Services, Marketing, Technical, and Production teams to ensure commercial success and seamless customer experience.

You will serve as a brand ambassador for, representing the company at industry events, delivering seminars, and supporting product training initiatives.

The role will be predominantly based at their Rochdale site but will involve some UK-wide travel.

Key Responsibilities as Head of Sales;
