Head of School Catering & Kitchen Operations

The Education Authority (Northern Ireland) is recruiting a Catering Manager to lead the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring safe food preparation and a high-quality catering service for our children, young people and staff.

You will manage menus, stock, deliveries and budgets, drive improvements in service, maintain HACCP compliance and allergen controls, and develop a capable catering team.
