Head of SEND Advisory & Training Service

The London Borough of Redbridge is seeking an exceptional Head of SENDATS to lead a large multidisciplinary team delivering SEND advisory and training services across schools, home tuition, and Brookside Hospital School. The role drives strategy, policy, and the statutory duties of SEND within the borough.

You will manage a team of over 100 professionals, oversee an £8 million annual budget, and partner with education, health and social care to improve outcomes for 3,000+ children with SEND.
