Head of Service Operations — Multi-Site Transformation Lead

300 North Limited is recruiting a Head of Service Operations to lead a multi-site service operation from our Dartford base, with travel to smaller offices across England. The role will own people, processes, systems and performance underpinning service delivery across the group.

Reporting to the Chief Support Officer, you will lead Account Team Leads and Service Coordinators, drive transformation, standardisation and automation, and help integrate new acquisitions as the group grows.
