Head of Social & Growth Strategy

TALA in London is seeking a Head of Social to define and drive the organic social strategy across Instagram and TikTok, with oversight of Pinterest and LinkedIn. You will lead the social team, set direction, and ensure growth, brand relevance, and cross-functional alignment with Brand, Creative, Performance, Influencer, PR, Product and Ecommerce.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, balancing creativity with data and commercial thinking.
