Head of SRE, Cross-Asset Reliability & Scale

IEX is seeking a Head of SRE, Cross-Asset to scale our SRE organization as we grow our Equities business and launch Options. You will lead reliability, observability, and incident management across production trading systems in a hybrid model.

You will shape the SRE culture, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Core Development, Network Engineering, Market Operations, and Platform Engineering to ensure highly available, performance-sensitive platforms.
