Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans, roadmaps, and operational frameworks to achieve company objectives.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive key strategic initiatives from conception to completion.
• Analyze business operations, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices for efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic goals.
• Facilitate strategic planning processes and provide insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a Strategy and Operations leadership role, preferably in a remote or tech-focused environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive strategic initiatives to successful completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent understanding of business strategy, operational management, and organizational design.
• Exceptional communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.
