About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and visionary Head of Supply Chain to lead their entire supply chain operation from a remote capacity. You will oversee all aspects from procurement and logistics to inventory management and demand planning, working closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive global supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Lead and mentor a distributed team of supply chain professionals.
• Manage key supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms.
• Implement and leverage technology solutions to optimize supply chain visibility and performance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Supply Chain Management , with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives.
• Strong understanding of global logistics, procurement, and inventory planning.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing remote teams and working in a distributed organizational structure.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
