Dex is partnering with a surgical AI leader building real-time navigation systems. We’re seeking a proven AI leader to head the AI pillar end-to-end, from data pipelines to federated learning, delivering production models for neurosurgical anatomy recognition.

You will assemble and grow a team in London or surrounding area, drive edge deployment with sub-20ms latency, and collaborate with simulation and robotics teams to bridge research to operating-room deployment.
