Head of Trading Services – Hybrid Leadership in Brokerage

Hargreaves Lansdown in Bristol seeks a Head of Trading Services to shape the trading capability across equities, ETFs and funds. You will lead the Dealing Desk, own the service model, controls and performance across the full trading lifecycle, and drive improvements with cross‑functional partners.

You'll report to Brokerage Director, own day‑to‑day performance, and build a high‑performing team delivering client‑focused outcomes with operational resilience and regulatory compliance.
