Head of Year & Pastoral Lead - Immediate Start (Temp)

The Education Network is seeking an experienced Head of Year for an immediate start at a girls' secondary school in Birmingham. You will lead pastoral support, oversee behaviour and welfare for a year group, and work with students, parents and staff to remove barriers to achievement.

Applicants should have prior Head of Year or Pastoral Lead experience, be well organised, resilient and skilled at building positive relationships while maintaining high expectations for student progress.
