Head of Year - Student Wellbeing & Attendance Lead

Aspire People are partnering with a multi-academy trust secondary school in Bury to appoint an experienced non-teaching Head of Year. This full-time, long-term role focuses on behaviour, attendance, pastoral support and student wellbeing.

As Head of Year you will support students, work with parents and carers, staff and the safeguarding team to address concerns and promote positive outcomes. Immediate start preferred. DBS on update service desirable; references required.
