Head Pastry Chef - Lead Innovation & Seasonal Desserts

Ardencote Manor is seeking a Head Pastry Chef to lead our pastry operation, in a full-time permanent role at Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat. Salary £46,000 per annum with an estimated start date of 16 November 2026.

You will work closely with the Executive Chef to deliver exceptional pastry dishes, innovate menus and drive standards across the kitchen while managing costs, hygiene and team development.
