Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training programs and tactical game plans to optimize team performance.
• Lead and mentor the coaching staff, ensuring a cohesive and effective support system for players.
• Oversee player recruitment, development, and retention strategies.
• Manage player welfare, including injury prevention, rehabilitation support, and nutritional guidance.

Requirements
