Health & Safety Advisor — Site & Field Travel

Outline Recruitment is working with a client to appoint a Health and Safety Advisor for a permanent, full-time role near Edinburgh. You will report to the Contracts Director and Senior HSE Manager, delivering confident HSE advice and support to sites across the project.

You will develop HSE Management Plans, run site inductions, toolbox talks and RAMS, monitor compliance, and assist incident investigations while interfacing with clients and regulators.
