Description

Conduct regular health and safety audits and inspections across the site. Support the implementation and enforcement of health and safety policies and procedures. Provide guidance and advice on health and safety matters to staff and management. Monitor and report on compliance with health and safety regulations. Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses, and recommend corrective actions. Deliver health and safety training sessions for staff as needed. Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Assist in risk assessments and ensure control measures are in place.Profile

A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:

Experience in health and safety within the industrial or manufacturing sector. A relevant health and safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH or equivalent). Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teams.
