- Support fleet-related administration and compliance activity alongside the Department Administrator.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports relating to packaging and waste.
- Support internal and external audits relating to ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Provide cover for the Business Administrator during periods of absence.
Hours of work: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday, typically 8am - 4pm, based at Head Office in Castle Donington.

- Confident using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with PowerPoint and Visio would be desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently and follow tasks through to completion.
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage with colleagues and stakeholders at different levels.
- Full driving licence, as some travel may be required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and wants to make a meaningful contribution to Health, Safety, Environmental and Fleet performance across the organisation.
In addition to the salary and related benefits, you will join a company that has grown extensively over recent years and, through our unique ownership model, continues to offer great career opportunities for those who are keen to progress.
