Health & Safety Manager

We’re currently recruiting for a Health & Safety Manager to join an established business operating within a manufacturing environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take ownership of health & safety across the business, ensuring a safe working environment and supporting the ongoing development of H&S standards and processes.

We’re looking for:

• NEBOSH qualification – essential

• Previous experience in a Health & Safety role

• Experience as an HSE Advisor, EHS Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor or Health & Safety Manager

• Strong understanding of workplace health & safety legislation and best practice

• The confidence to work with teams at all levels and promote a positive safety culture

• Manufacturing experience would be beneficial, but is not essential

This would suit someone looking for a role where they can have genuine responsibility and make a tangible impact on health & safety within an established business.
