Health & Safety Operations & Compliance Lead

The Bank of England is seeking an Health & Safety Operations Support Lead to help deliver safe, compliant and consistent ways of working across a large organisation. You will coordinate operations, manage systems and data quality, and strengthen assurance with stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Head of Health & Safety and other teams to embed safety requirements, monitor performance and drive continuous improvement in risk management and safety culture across sites in the UK.
