Health Care Assistant – Complex Needs (12-Hour Shifts)

Exemplar Health Care’s Brook View care home in Fazakerley, Liverpool, is seeking a Days Health Care Assistant to support adults with complex care needs and to help them live their best lives.

You’ll assist with personal care, meals, health monitoring, and social activities, with 12-hour shifts and weekend work, in a role that brings real achievement.

No two days are the same; induction and ongoing training are provided, and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
