Job Description
Need an HCA/Support Worker for a Care Home to:
* Serve meals and assist patients with their feeding.
* Help people move around & make beds.
* Support the care home floors.
* Make patients feel comfortable with good communication
* Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
* DBS with updated service
* Moving & Handling with Practical Training
