Job Description
Need an HCA/Support Worker for a Care Home to:
- Serve meals and assist patients with their feeding.
- Help people move around & make beds.
- Support the care home floors.
- Make patients feel comfortable with good communication
- Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations, and weight.
- DBS with updated service
- Moving & Handling with Practical Training
