Health Care Support Worker: Compassionate Care & Observations

Swansea Bay University Health Board in Bridgend is seeking a Health Care Support Worker to follow care plans, record observations and document care in patient notes, playing a vital role in delivering quality care.

You will perform clinical and care tasks, record daily observations, support patients to structure their day, and assist with vital signs, infection control, safeguarding, hydration and nutrition checks, within a compassionate multidisciplinary team.
