Care Worker – Domiciliary Care

Care Outlook is recruiting caring and compassionate Care Workers to join its team and support vulnerable and elderly people in their own homes across Banbury and surrounding areas .

Key Responsibilities

As a Care Worker, your duties may include:

• Providing personal care, including washing, toileting and dressing
• Supporting clients with their daily routines
• Carrying out light housekeeping duties
• Observing, monitoring and recording clients’ wellbeing
• Providing compassionate companionship and support
• Helping clients maintain their independence in their own homes

Pay Rates

Weekdays: £14.39 per 1-hour visit
Weekends: £16.00 per 1-hour visit

Requirements

Applicants should be:

• Caring, trustworthy, patient and compassionate
• Committed to improving the quality of life of vulnerable people
• Flexible and comfortable working in clients’ homes
• Willing to work a combination of morning, evening and weekend shifts

A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes are required.

Previous care experience is not essential , as full training is provided.

Working Hours

Available shifts include:

7:00am – 3:00pm
2:00pm – 10:0pm

Both part-time and full-time positions are available.

Applicants must be able to work a combination of mornings, evenings and alternate Saturdays and Sundays.

Visa Sponsorship

Applicants must have the right to work in the UK . Visa sponsorship may be available in certain circumstances , subject to the employer’s requirements and eligibility.

Successful applicants will receive training and support from day one to help them become confident and competent in delivering high-quality care.

This is a domiciliary care role , meaning you will provide care and support to clients in their own homes and within the local community.
