• Providing person-centred clinical and personal care.
• Assisting with daily living tasks and monitoring patient well-being.
• Performing moving and handling duties safely and effectively.
• Maintaining dignity, privacy, and promoting independence.
• Supporting patients with healthcare needs in line with their care plans.
• Accurately recording patient information and reporting any changes to senior staff.
