About the Role

Our client is looking for a highly skilled and conscientious Healthcare Cleaning Specialist to maintain exceptional hygiene standards within a healthcare facility in Edinburgh . You will be responsible for specialized cleaning and disinfection procedures in patient areas, operating theatres, laboratories, and common spaces, working under strict protocols and guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning and disinfection of patient rooms, wards, operating theatres, and other clinical areas using approved chemicals and methods.
• Implement strict infection control procedures to prevent the spread of microorganisms.
• Clean and sanitize medical equipment, furniture, and fixtures according to healthcare facility standards.
• Manage the collection and disposal of general and potentially infectious waste streams.

Requirements
