Healthcare Cleaning Supervisor: Lead & Train Teams

Compass Group UK&I is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to support Healthcare operations on a full-time basis, 37.5 hours weekly, with a night-shift pattern Mon-Sun. The role focuses on delivering 5-star cleaning standards, stock control, training, and a strong safety culture across the team.

The ideal candidate will have COSHH knowledge, excellent people management, and solid communication skills, plus experience in audits and IT literacy.
