Healthcare Customer & Orders Coordinator

Millbrook Healthcare Group is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Brighton Community Equipment Service Centre. You will handle around 80 calls daily, acting as the first point of contact for queries and orders, and coordinate deliveries, installations and collections with Driver Technicians.

The role requires experience in a busy office, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficient IT abilities with Microsoft Office.
