The Firm in New York or Washington, DC is seeking a civil litigation attorney to join one of its premier healthcare and regulatory practice areas. The role offers exposure to healthcare disputes, class actions, commercial disputes and arbitrations, with significant client contact and responsibility.

Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of litigation experience, healthcare experience preferred, and be able to draft motions and pleadings, manage discovery, and develop litigation strategy.
