This role involves sourcing and placing qualified healthcare professionals, including nurses, doctors, allied health professionals, and support staff, into various healthcare settings. You will be key in bridging the gap between talented individuals and healthcare providers facing critical staffing needs, operating in a sector that demands precision, empathy, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview healthcare candidates, ensuring they meet necessary qualifications and compliance standards.
• Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals and facilities within the Leeds area and beyond.
• Manage candidate expectations and guide them through the hiring process effectively.
• Develop relationships with hospital administrators, clinic managers, and other healthcare leaders.
• Ensure all placements comply with relevant healthcare regulations and professional body standards.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, preferably with a focus on the healthcare sector .
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, qualifications, and the regulatory environment.
