Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview healthcare professionals, verifying qualifications and experience.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients, understanding their specific staffing requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare vacancies, ensuring timely and successful placements.
• Develop a deep understanding of the healthcare job market, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.
• Provide expert advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies within the healthcare sector.
• Ensure all placements meet stringent compliance and quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector .
• A solid understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with both clients and candidates in a sensitive sector.
• Organised and methodical approach to managing a demanding workload.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule, engaging with the Reading office regularly.
