Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all candidates meet the necessary regulatory and professional standards for healthcare placements.
• Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to successful placement and onboarding support.
• Stay updated on trends and regulations within the UK healthcare sector.

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment , preferably with a focus on the healthcare sector .
• Knowledge of the UK healthcare landscape and relevant qualifications/certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, critical for compliance.
