Requirements

• Previous experience as a Recruitment Consultant , ideally with a focus on the healthcare sector.
• Familiarity with healthcare roles, qualifications, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with healthcare professionals and clients.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, such as a recruitment consultancy .
