Salary: Up to £28,310 per annum, depending on experience Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Eastleigh Contract: 3 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Role

We're looking for an organised and customer-focused Healthy Homes Administrator & Scheduling Coordinator to join a busy team supporting the delivery of a high-quality disrepair service to fulfil a 3 month contract

Based at the Eastleigh office, you'll play a key role in coordinating appointments, managing operatives' and surveyors' diaries, and ensuring disrepair cases progress efficiently.

You'll be an important point of contact for customers throughout the process, keeping them informed, managing expectations and helping ensure work is coordinated effectively from initial inspection through to completion.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help keep the Healthy Homes service running smoothly by coordinating a wide range of appointments, communications and administrative activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

Scheduling inspections, repair appointments and follow-on works. Managing and coordinating operatives' and surveyors' diaries. Keeping customers informed about appointments, progress and changes. Supporting customers throughout the disrepair process. Coordinating activity across multiple disrepair cases. Liaising with customers, colleagues, surveyors, operatives, contractors and legal representatives. Ensuring appointments and follow-on works are arranged efficiently. Maintaining accurate records and updating relevant systems. Monitoring case progress and helping ensure actions are completed within required timescales. Managing changes to schedules and resolving appointment-related issues. Supporting the wider team with administrative tasks as required. Ensuring communications and records are accurate, timely and professional.
