Heathrow Cluster MICE & Corporate Sales Director

Arora Group is seeking a Cluster Sales Director for the Heathrow cluster of hotels, responsible for maximising MICE, corporate, and leisure sales. Lead ownership of a robust pipeline and collaboration with hotel brands, agents, and corporate clients to drive revenue across multiple properties.

Role focuses on strategic account development, revenue growth, and strong client relationships. Travel between properties and external meetings is expected; 4-star hotel experience is advantageous.
