Key Responsibilities
- Provide first and second-level technical support to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Document support requests and resolutions in the helpdesk system.
- Assist with IT asset management and inventory.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Helpdesk Support Analyst or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with network concepts and troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model, commuting to Sunderland as needed.
