Helpline Advisor: Flexible Shifts & Booking Support

Circle Health Group in Glasgow is hiring a Helpline Advisor to handle high-volume enquiries by telephone, email and web-based platforms, and to book, re-schedule and cancel appointments. You will liaise with Consultants, medical secretaries and staff to ensure customers receive the best experience and record interactions accurately in CRM systems.

The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern and benefits including holiday allowance, pension and private healthcare.
