Heritage Events Lead: Visitor Services

West Berkshire Council is seeking a Visitor Services Officer for Shaw House to lead the events programme and deliver an outstanding visitor experience. You will coordinate public events, develop children’s activities and manage the on-site and online gift shop while ensuring high standards of presentation and service.

This role requires strong customer service, event delivery experience, and the ability to work flexibly including weekends and evenings.
