Heritage Welcome Manager - Lead Visitor Experience

National Trust is seeking a Welcome Manager at Newark Park to lead our friendly welcome and service team. You will ensure smooth day-to-day operations in the welcome area and motivate staff and volunteers to deliver outstanding visitor experiences.

Based on annualised hours, this permanent role involves weekend and bank holiday working, with a pro rata salary of £23,477.28 (£27,612 per annum FTE) and a total of 1,658 hours per year.
