HGV 2 Driver – Immediate Start | Temp-to-Perm

Northampton (NN4) Up to £22.18 per hour + Holiday Pay | PAYE 5 On / 3 Off | Immediate Start

Rapier Employment is recruiting HGV 2 Drivers for a leading operation in Northampton (NN4). Offering immediate starts, regular work and a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks, subject to performance and compliance.

Pay Rates

• Weekday AM: £16.68 per hour
• Weekday Overtime: £22.18 per hour
• Weekend Day: £20.85 per hour
• Weekend Overtime: £22.18 per hour
• Holiday Pay on top Shifts
• Start times between 04:00am–08:00am
• 5 on / 3 off
• Average 9–10 hour shifts
• Consistent work with a good work-life balance

The Role

• 4–6 multi-drop deliveries per shift
• Retail store deliveries
• Cage and pallet work
• Safe and timely deliveries

Requirements

• Licence held for a minimum of 6 months
• Minimum 3 months HGV 2 experience
• Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
• Maximum 6 points
