HGV CLASS 1 DRIVER NIGHT SHIFT

The Best Connection are working closely in partnership with our client to source additional HGV 1 (LGV C+E) NIGHT SHIFT DRIVERS on an ad-hoc basis to work from their BILLINGHAM depot.

Overview

The Best Connection is recruiting on behalf of our client for ad-hoc night shift HGV1 (LGV C+E) drivers at their Billingham depot.

Responsibilities

• Safe operation of a Class One (C+E) vehicle.
• Shunt runs between local depots.
• Goods loaded and unloaded by Fork Truck.
• Maintain a well‑maintained fleet.

Qualifications

• "C+E" licence with no more than 6 points and no DD or DR endorsements.
• In date CPC and Digi card.
• Minimum of 6 months driving experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Hours of Work

• 18:00 - 06:00 night shift

Pay Rates

• £15.50 per hour for first five shifts per week
• £16.50 Saturday
• £17.50 Sunday
