Location: Magor Contract Type: Temp to Perm Driving Force Recruitment operating as an employment business are offering an excellent opportunity for HGV 1 Drivers to work for our award-winning client based in Magor (NP26) on a temp to perm contract. Shift Pattern: · Monday – Friday Days · Start times between 03:00 am – 06:00 am · Temp to perm/guaranteed shifts · Weekend overtime available PAYE Rates: · Weekday days

£16.50 · Weekday nights

£19.25 · Saturday Day

£21.00 · Saturday Night

£22.34 · Sunday Day

£23.50 · ** Holidays will be accrued on shift basis and paid when you take holiday - we do not include holiday pay in your hourly rate ** Hours: approximately 10-14 hours per shift Your responsibilities as a Class 1 Driver: · Delivering goods to depots, operating palletised handling equipment, such as pump trucks. · Ensuring all cargo is safely secured and strapped. · Opening and closing the heavy side curtains and releasing or tightening the load straps. · Operating refrigerated vehicles, completing between 1-3 deliveries per day. The right candidate will have an enthusiastic attitude and be reliable with a commitment to delivering 1st class customer service. Class 1 Driver - About you: HGV 1 C+E licence, Digital tacho & DQC card Minimum 6 months experience No more than 6 points.
