Hgv Class 1 Driver

Triton Recruitment require an experienced HGV Driver for recycling operations, delivering and collecting containers and materials from customer and supplier sites.

All applicants must have:

• Valid HGV licence

• Experience with 44t Artic and Moffett

• Experience with 26t Rigid and Moffett

• Hook lift and drag RORO experience, including open/enclosed bins and compactor bin installation

• Valid Digital Tachograph and DCPC cards

• No more than 6 points on licence (no DR, DG, DD or IN codes)

Duties will include:

• Safely delivering and collecting containers and materials

• Carrying out daily and weekly vehicle, trailer and container checks

• Safely discharging materials

• Ensuring compliance with tachograph laws, health and safety procedures

• Reporting vehicle defects, breakdowns or damaged containers

• Maintaining a professional and courteous manner with customers and colleagues

• Applicants must be reliable, punctual, able to work unsupervised and flexible with start times.

Working Hours:

Monday – Thursday: 5am – 3pm Friday: 5am – 2pm
