Key Responsibilities

• Drive HGV Class 1 vehicles on trunk routes overnight.
• Transport goods between distribution centres and depots efficiently and safely.
• Ensure loads are secured properly and delivery paperwork is accurately completed.
• Perform thorough vehicle checks before, during, and after shifts.
• Adhere to all WTD (Working Time Directive) regulations and speed limits.
• Communicate effectively with transport planners and other drivers.

Requirements

• Valid HGV Class 1 (Cat C+E) licence .
• Up-to-date Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
• Proven experience in long-distance HGV driving.
• A clean driving licence and a strong safety record.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
• Reliability and a commitment to punctuality are essential.
